  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

  • High level of motivation and a willingness to take initiative and work independently.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members.

  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • A passion for nonprofit work and a commitment to the mission of the National Coptic Charity.

  • Previous experience with web management, IT support, or digital tools is a plus, but not required.

Learning Opportunities

  • Gain real-world experience in nonprofit IT operations, website management, and digital systems.

  • Develop practical skills in web maintenance, form creation, and technology optimization.

  • Work alongside a dedicated team focused on serving the Coptic community and making a lasting impact.

  • Build a strong foundation in technical problem-solving and systems thinking within a mission-driven organization.
